In November 2001, in response to requests for medical input and expertise from the Natural Products Industry, Phytoceutical Research, LLC was born. We have, since that date, been consultants to the NP industry researching the science necessary to substantiate the medicinal usage of botanicals. Our expertise also extends to the design of primary research protocols for in vivo testing of hypotheses arising from clinical observations relevant to the effects of botanicals. J. Frederic Templeman, M.D. is a primary care physician, board certified in both the United States and Canada, with over twenty years of clinical experience. As Medical Director of Phytoceutical Research, LLC, Dr. Templeman is internationally sought after as a speaker and author on health, nutrition, and the healing properites of the mangosteen fruit.
